Xendo Newsletter special edition on bioanalysis and biomarkers - out now!

10 January 2007

Bioanalysis was the foundation for Xendo Drug Development and up to today has remained a key service within Xendo. We have always maintained a high quality and service level and over the years the strengths of our bioanalytical facilities have further increased both with regard to capacity and areas of expertise in order to fulfill increasing demands from our customers.

It becomes increasingly evident that the quantitative analysis of biomarkers – besides measuring drug levels and/or their metabolites – is destined to become a key area in tomorrow’s modern bioanalytical laboratories. Xendo has invested significantly in technological advancements and employee developments in the biomarker arena not only through enabling the use of conventional immunoassays, but also more and more by employing discriminative techniques such as HPLC, LC-MS/MS and ICP-MS to this purpose.

The variety of analytical techniques that we offer – both with regard to the quantitative analysis of large (proteins, peptides, monoclonal antibodies) and small molecules – as well as our flexibility when it comes to responding to customer’s wishes and regulatory changes will give us the competitive edge that we need for a healthy continuity of our bioanalytical services in the future.

This special edition of Xendo Drug Development’s Newsletter gives you a good impression of our capabilities. Not only from a business point of view (capacity and throughput) but also when it comes down to adding scientific expertise and advice to your studies, especially with respect to the measurement of biomarkers.

To read more on Xendo’s (newest) capabilities in the fields of bioanalysis and biomarkers , we would like to invite you to download this Special Edition in our series of Xendo Newsletters.
