The position:
You will be responsible for specification of rotating and static equipment in a multidisciplinary project team. You will compile requisition documentation, assist in procurement and review vendor design. You will supervise installation and commissioning and prepare, execute and report qualification of the equipment. Compliance to GMP regulations as well as mechanical engineering standards will be an important aspect of your work. You will find yourself surrounded by (bio)pharmaceutical and validation specialists. The work will be done both at the Xendo office as well as at our clients’ locations.
Your profile:
You hold a university degree or have successfully completed Higher Vocational Training (HBO) in the area of Mechanical Engineering. You have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a mechanical engineer with Engineering Consultancies on design of process installations. The (bio)pharmaceutical industry has your keen interest, and you are willing to further develop your knowledge. You are a team player and have strong communication skills both oral and written. You are result driven, pragmatic and pro-active and take responsibility. Your command of English is good.
