The position:
You will be responsible for the process instrumentation and electrical scope within multidisciplinary engineering projects. In co-operation with your mechanical and process engineering colleagues you will compile specifications and requisition documentation, assist in procurement and review supplier documentation. You will assist in the supervision of installation and commissioning and prepare, execute and report qualification activities. Compliance to GMP regulations as well as to electrical and instrumentation standards will be an important aspect of your work. You will find yourself surrounded by (bio)pharmaceutical and validation specia-lists. The work will be done both at the Xendo office as well as at our clients’ locations.
Your profile:
You hold a university degree or have successfully completed Higher Vocational Training (HBO) in the area of Electrical Engineering with a specialisation in instrumentation. You have a minimum of 5 years experience working as an instrument engineer with Engineering Consultancies on design of process installations. The (bio)pharmaceutical industry has your keen interest, and you are willing to further develop your knowledge. You are a team player and have strong communication skills both oral and written. You are result driven, pragmatic and pro-active and take responsibility. Your command of English is good.
