Division Director René Nanninga, MSc

|
René Nanninga has a master degree in chemical engineering. He has over 20 years of professional experience in manufacturing, engineering and business management. The last 10 years he has been responsible for engineering and consultancy in the (bio) pharmaceutical and healthcare field. As Director of the Engineering and Technical Support Division René is heading a team of professionals realizing projects in facility engineering and (bio)process engineering. In conjunction with professionals from other Xendo Divisions projects were realized ranging from the establishment of new manufacturing and lab facilities to cost reduction projects for utilities.

Arjan Roovers, BSc

|
Arjan Roovers graduated as BSc. in mechanical and electrical engineering. He started his career in the food industry. After 7 years, of which 5 as head of the technical department, he switched to the pharmaceutical industry, continuing his role as head of the technical and facility department for another 5 years. In 2002 Arjan joined Xendo, entering the field of consultancy. With many different roles and challenges at customers and within the Xendo organization he had the opportunity to develop managerial as well as consulting skills within project management, metrology and operational support (maintenance, lean) services on senior management level.

Joost Havers, MSc.

|
Joost Havers holds a master degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Delft. Since 1999 he is working in the pharmaceutical industry, starting out as a freelance software programmer, creating monitoring and reporting applications for Metrology services. In 2002 he joined the Xendo Metrology department, where he consults on Computer System Validation, Maintenance Management systems and Metrology Services. In 2003 management of the daily operations of the department is added to his tasks. Since 2007 he manages the newly developed competence center Operational Support. Furthermore he is Senior Consultant for services Computer System Validation, Maintenance Management and Medical Gasses.

Menne Zaalberg, BSc

Menne Zaalberg graduated in Technical Business and has over 20 years of experiences in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry in engineering and project management. Menne is very well experienced in the design, construction and qualification of GMP equipment and as a project manager. He has been responsible for many projects for international located companies. These projects include new and revamp (bio-) pharmaceutical GMP production suites including clean utilities and process equipment. As a manager Menne is responsible for the engineering department related to process equipment and facility ‘design and qualification’ and related to project- and interim management. Specialists within this department are pharmaceutical engineering consultants, project managers, mechanical engineers and HVAC and cleanroom engineers.
